Sol e Mar Bistro is the a la carte restaurant of the Riviera, open for lunch and dinner, offering a variety of impressive dishes using simple Mediterranean flavours and emphasis on fresh ingredients.
A lighter snack menu is offered for lunch and it includes pizza and fresh salads. For dinner a different menu is offered and includes The Chef’s daily special, fresh fish and mouthwatering pasta dishes.
Outside dining on the seaside terrace is a unique experience in the summer months, ideal for a romantic dinner, special occasion or simply to celebrate the day.
