"I've just returned from a weeks stay at the Riviera with my friends, we had a fantastic week. The trip was certainly one to remember and this is because of the excellent staff. Boris on the Animation Team was great, his water gym and evening entertainment was a real treat. We hope the Fire show makes a return the schedule. Timur in the Restaurant was a great help, particularly with the crisp situation. Karen and Lawrence in the bar made some interesting cocktails. Clement on reception was by far the best member of staff, there is not a question he could not answer and he listened to us so well and always found a way to help. I'm missing them already and would go back tomorrow if I could

I would like to thank all staff at the Riviera for a truely wonderful experance during my stay in june of 2011. I'd like a specal thanks to go to the spa staff for all my wonderful treatments, giving me a five star service threw out. This realy made this trip enjoyable and the most relaxed i've ever been on a hoilday. I can't fault any aspect of my stay at the riviera, just i wished it could of been longer. Iam hopeful to return in the near future.

My husband and I stayed over a weekend break in July 2010. This was the fourth stay here and probably the last as sadly we have noted deterioration in service and maitenance over the last years. Breakfast was chaotic. Probably they must consider other stations in view of the many people being served in a short period of time. Example - Imagine queing for 15 minutes for a toast of bread (only one toaster). Reception service left much to be desired. An incident with one receptionist (who claimed to be in charge) over one dinner arrangement was just the cherry over the cake for us. She decided to overturn an agreement done with one of her colleauges. No problem. There are other hotels in Malta. Pity for such a lovely hotel.

Hello, I would like to leave a small comment about my stay last weekend on the 9th of July which l find my stay very satisfying. Our room 327 was very nice which had a great view over the outdoor pool and also the breakfast was superb. Also l would like to give a five star rating to the service of the staff they were very friendly, but there is only one problem which is not a big issue that l if had WIFI in my room. Thanks anyway l am very happy to come to Riviera and l will come again.

The whole family enjoyed the excellent gym facilities and Marilyn was glad of Colin's advice. It also enabled Rachel and Craig to maintain their strength, stamina and fitness in preparation for their return to competitive sports acrobatic gymnastics at F.I.G. level. Everyone enjoyed the games of volleyball and water polo. Colin's way of getting people to join in was gentle but persuasive and he kept the games fun without being too competitive - fun for all abilities. It's a shame we were there for only a week. Thank you.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff I encountered were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using the excellent indoor pool and spa massage facilities and Colin's instructions in the Fitness centre and his friendly and knowledgeable advice regarding local walks were very much appreciated. These points all played a big part in making my holiday such an enjoyable experience, and I look forward to returning some time soon.

We have just spent a most enjoyable holiday at the riviera resort and have made extensive use of the spa & gym facilities. Purely by accident I got into conversation with Colin the fitness instructor and mentioned spinal problems which for me has been most painful. He is extremely knowledgeable and I have spent short ammounts of time in the gym doing some very basic exercises under his guidance. The benefit has been amazing, and I will be able to continue his programme when I get home. His knowledge of back problems is amazing and better than anyone I have consulted in the last two years. I recommend your Spa & Fitness area and the quality of your staff.
